gave as gift. a wonderful product & great service September 6, 2010 sher I gave this item as a gift and the person I gave it to thinks it is just wonderful. Plus my Amazon.com service was incredible.
Great Watch - Very Happy with It. August 29, 2010 Sam I Am (USA) Had it for a week now, and the watch is surprisingly handsome, light and comfortable. The atomic clock sync works like a charm, and the watch has so many functions, if you're a gadget guy like me, it will keep you occupied like a new toy for days. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about it getting wet, dropped, scratched, muddied or banged, as I would for an expensive dress watch. You can even treat the watch like a virtual pet, angling the watch toward the sun so it "feeds" to recharge its batteries. Purely as nit-picks, the face could be a little bigger, the watch hands more visible, and the fonts on the face a bit larger. Overall, however, it's a great watch and fantastic value for its price.
G-Shock Rocks my Socks! August 24, 2010 C. barreto (Lake Nicaragua) Little by little I'm starting to collect watches; nothing crazy, just to mix it up a bit. So far, this is my most versatile watch...Looks it's under a hundred dollars at least on amazon. It's not trying to be Rolex aka Inactiva, an overpriced Kenneth Cole/Guess or Gucci (hey, all good if go want to go that route) My point is, this watch is straight up rugged, it's shock resist,it's solar, it keeps exact time, and best of all, it looks good. Considering all it's features, you're getting an incredible value. Another thing, its surprisingly light! At first, I thought it made it feel cheap, but then realized it makes it even more impressive. If you're looking for an everyday watch that you can wear on the weekend, to the pool, to the gym and then wear to work,,this watch is for you. Just look at all the positive reviews!
It's what I expected August 23, 2010 DblA 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Overall this is a really good watch. The solar power is great and the watch is tough just like a G Shock should be. I've had it underwater a lot on lakes and rivers and no problem there either. I also like how it looks - it's nice enough to wear at work or anywhere else. My only complaints: 1)The atomic clock signal that sets the time is weak where I live (Sacramento, CA) and it takes forever to set the time with it. That's if it doesn't error out. Come to think of it the time setting is a bit clunky overall. 2) The light sucks! 3) The band it too stiff to be comfortable enough to wear for really long periods.
Awesome Watch... August 13, 2010 Brando Hayden (New York, NY USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
